Christmas & New Year Terms & Conditions
A £50.00 per person non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full prepayment is due on 1st December 2007. All prepayments are non refundable. All of the above packages are subject to availability.
All prices are per person and for the number of nights indicated in the programme, based on two people sharing a double or twin room. Single supplements apply. The packages include full cooked breakfast and meals as indicated; dinner will always be a minimum of three courses. There are no refunds for meals not taken. All hotels reserve the right to finalise seating plans on the day. Unless specified drinks are not included in the price. Hotels reserve the right to amend any of the published entertainment or activity. Prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Prices for children are available and are either based on children sharing a room with two full paying adults or being allocated a single room. Children under the age of five stay and eat free. Children between the age of six and ten pay 25% of the adult rate. Children between the age of eleven and sixteen pay 50% of the adult rate. Children under the age of sixteen, who require their own room, will be charged at 80% of the adult rate. Children over sixteen requiring their own room will be charged the normal adult rate. On the New Year’s Eve package only children eleven years and over will be permitted to attend the New Year’s Eve gala dinner. High tea for children less than eleven years old will be served at 5.30pm.
